What is Myofascial Ashiatsu Barefoot Massage?
Myofascial Ashiatsu Barefoot Massage sessions at Heeling Sole from Jeni Spring are focused on finding restriction patterns in your tissue that contribute to your main complaint of pain or discomfort. Although different areas of your body may be treated within a session, this is not always a “full body” massage. A few good head-to-toe, steamroller-like assessment strokes typically start out the session, then we hone in on the tissue-issue that “kneads” the most focus.
Traditional “Hands On” Manual Therapists like Physical Therapists or Chiropractors, Airrosti Providers & advanced fascial trained Massage Therapists employ MANY elements & approaches to Myofascial Release in their work, so you will find these ideas almost everywhere.
