Cautiously reopening with loosened restrictions!
Here’s an update as of 1/09/2021 from the Bosslady, Jeni Spring
San Antonio and the nation are still reeling from the heights of this holiday ‘Rona surge, and for those of you who are being safe and careful, we know you need some Heeling.
We are BEGRUDGINGLY, cautiously stepping forward and reopening with loosened restrictions – trusting that our clients who really need these massages are using safe physical distancing and masking practices whenever they outside of their household.
PLEASE wear a mask everywhere you go.
PLEASE cancel your massage if you are showing symptoms.
PLEASE honestly participate in our screening procedures without sarcasm.
PLEASE do not receive a massage within 10 days of using mass transit like an airplane.
PLEASE tell us ASAP if you suspect you were exposed so that we can contact trace our clients and staff.
PLEASE isolate and wait 10 days after you think/know you’ve been exposed to someone with COVID19.
If you are often within 6 feet of people for more than 15 minutes, even with a mask on, PLEASE try to get tested regularly.
We are doing all these things for you, and to help us reopen, stay open, and help our clients, we need your vigilance and commitment to safety as well.
If you have been Vaccinated, (YAY! Congrats!) PLEASE wait 2 days from receiving your awesome vaccine before getting a massage.

Over the last week, Bexar Country has averaged 1,923 new cases daily (which is 96 people per 100k) and is catagorized as “Extreme.” Sadly, this may only represent 10% of the actual numbers, they say. The infection rate is “High” at 1.19 percent. This means that every person who has contracted the virus knowingly or not, with symptoms or not, is infecting 1.19 other people.

We will still be on our toes about daily temperature and recommended screening procedures for our staff and clients, as well as super cleaning, sanitizing, ventilating and keeping distance at our space with PPE. This step is to help us stay open, even if on a restricted, temporary basis. Thank you for understanding.
𝙎𝙩𝙖𝙮 𝙨𝙖𝙛𝙚, 𝙎𝙖𝙣 𝘼𝙣𝙩𝙤𝙣𝙞𝙤.
Thank you for understanding our efforts to stay responsible to our recent schedule of regular clients who have been visiting us since we reopened in August. If you have been to Heeling Sole before, but maybe not since we reopened and relocated: WE STILL APPRECIATE YOU! You will be welcome back as soon as we feel it’s safe to expand the circle of humans we literally come into contact with.
Spending an hour or more with someone in close contact is the nature of our business, and to help avoid shutting down, this is the best I can do for now to protect my crew, clients, and their circles.
Thank you all again.
Stay tuned, stay calm and stay safe, San Antonio.
