Temporary restrictions in place on appointments
Here’s an update as of 11/24/2020 from the Bosslady, Jeni Spring
You heard the Mayor, you’ve seen the warnings. To help protect our staff and our current circle/bubble of clients, 𝘄𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝘀𝘂𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁-𝗯𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗴𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 that we were doing in August.
I’m also restricting appointments to 𝗲𝘅𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆: people who have been into Heeling Sole since August, 𝘰𝘳 𝘵𝘩𝘰𝘴𝘦 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘰𝘶𝘵𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘯𝘥𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘔𝘦𝘮𝘣𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘩𝘪𝘱 𝘣𝘢𝘭𝘢𝘯𝘤𝘦𝘴 𝘵𝘰 𝘳𝘦𝘥𝘦𝘦𝘮.
You can click here to request an appointment.
Unfortunately, this also means that we are NOT turning on our usual “Heeling Holidays” Gift Card or package sales this year. We are sorry to miss this tradition that is as “Long Standing” as we’ve been standing on people – but we’ll come up with something in the future.
𝗧𝗵𝗲𝘀𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗹 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗕𝗲𝘅𝗮𝗿 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝘆 shows a downward trend back 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝘂𝗺 (𝘆𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄) new cases 𝗼𝗿 𝗟𝗼𝘄 (𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗻) infection rate 𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝘀, 𝗮𝘀 𝘀𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝘃𝗶d𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗡𝗼𝘄.𝗰𝗼𝗺 I’m also using the City of San Antonio resources on stats available HERE, aiming/hoping for a risk level indicated as moderate by their standards.
We will still be on our toes about daily temperature and recommended screening procedures for our staff and clients, as well as super cleaning, sanitizing, ventilating and keeping distance at our space with PPE. This step is to help us stay open, even if on a restricted, temporary basis. Thank you for understanding.
𝙎𝙩𝙖𝙮 𝙨𝙖𝙛𝙚, 𝙎𝙖𝙣 𝘼𝙣𝙩𝙤𝙣𝙞𝙤.
Thank you for understanding our efforts to stay responsible to our recent schedule of regular clients who have been visiting us since we reopened in August. If you have been to Heeling Sole before, but maybe not since we reopened and relocated: WE STILL APPRECIATE YOU! You will be welcome back as soon as we feel it’s safe to expand the circle of humans we literally come into contact with.
Spending an hour or more with someone in close contact is the nature of our business, and to help avoid shutting down, this is the best I can do for now to protect my crew, clients, and their circles.
Thank you all again.
Stay tuned, stay calm and stay safe, San Antonio.
