It all starts with a postural assessment before each session, so that I can start to pay closer attention to where your leg bones sit in relation to your feet, and your hips in relation to your legs, & on up the line from there. 𝙏𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙩𝙡𝙚 𝙞𝙣𝙨𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩 𝙬𝙞𝙡𝙡 𝙨𝙝𝙖𝙥𝙚 𝙬𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙄 𝙢𝙖𝙨𝙨𝙖𝙜𝙚 𝙙𝙪𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙖𝙥𝙥𝙤𝙞𝙣𝙩𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩.⁣
